The Privacy Policy is a personal data processing procedure in which SIA Jurisconsultus collects, processes and stores personal data entered on the website buvesnakotnei.lv from its clients.

  • Client – any legal or natural person who uses, has used, or has expressed a wish to use any of the services and content published by SIA Jurisconsultus and SIA Būves nākotnei on buvesnakotnei.lv or is in any other way connected with them
  • Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to the Customer
  • Processing – any operation performed on Personal Data

  • Data Processor – SIA Būves nākotnei, reg. No. 40203541116, with legal addres at Šarlotes street 18A-3, Riga, LV-1001

The Data Controller shall determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and implement appropriate technical measures to protect data to prevent unauthorised use or unlawful processing and use of personal data.
  2. Personal data is obtained and collected from the customer who purchases services or goods on buvesnakotnei.lv, uses other functions and content provided on the website.
  3. The personal data collected, processed and stored are:

For a natural person – name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, transaction data on the website and other data necessary for the conclusion of a distance contract / invoicing, as well as any other data provided by the customer during the purchase of services or goods or in any form of contact with the Data Controller.

For a legal entity – company name, registration number and VAT number, if any, registered office address, email address, contact telephone number, name, transaction data (purchase of services, goods and content on the Site) and other data necessary for the conclusion of a contract, invoicing and any other data provided in communication with the Data Controller.

  1. The data processor processes data for the following purposes:
  • managing customer relationships and providing access to website content and purchased services, administering payments and orders placed
  • to protect the interests of the Customer, the Data Controller or the Data Processor, to provide evidence of the orders placed, the quality of the services provided and the records of commercial transactions carried out, and to prevent fraudulent use of the content published on the Site
  • to provide additional services and market research (statistics) in order to adapt the services offered to the customer’s needs and to make personalised offers
  • to improve technical systems and IT infrastructure, to adapt the display of the website content system to different devices and to develop services
  • To enable transactions in accordance with the laws and regulations5. The Data Controller and the Data Processor shall be entitled to transfer the Customer’s Personal Data to third parties only in the following cases:
  • where the Customer’s consent to the transfer has been obtained
  • the Data Processor needs to transfer Personal Data to a third party in order to directly ensure the quality and receipt of the service to the customer
  • where the Customer’s Personal Data is requested by public authorities entitled to make such a request
  • for the protection of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller / Data Processor
  1. Personal data on the website of the Data Controller is processed only for as long as it is necessary for the provision of services or activities referred to in these Terms or as provided for in the relevant laws and regulations.
  2. With regard to the processing and storage of personal data, the Customer has the right to request the rectification of their data if they are incomplete or incorrect, to object to the use of data for marketing purposes, to request the deletion of their data or to restrict the processing of data in accordance with the laws and regulations. The Customer also has the right to receive information on how his/her personal data is processed on the website and to withdraw his/her consent to data processing.

The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the laws and regulations by notifying the Clients by publishing information on buvesnakotnei.lv, by e-mail or otherwise no later than one month before the amendments come into force.
  5. Use of cookies on the website – The website uses cookies. Cookies used on the site do not store personal information about site users.
