The Integrity Express 2nd stop: Follow the Money, Find the Red Flags
Three Stops. One Mission: Keeping Infrastructure Projects on Track.
What is the Integrity Express?
A virtual visit to Riga for infrastructure professionals who want to keep projects clean (and prevent them being derailed by Fraud, Corruption and wrong-doing.)
A three-part interactive online workshop journey where participants act as project defenders, practical problem-solvers and where needed «fraud detectives». Each session combines expert input, real project scenarios, group exercises, red-flag spotting, experience sharing and practical tools participants can use immediately.
Tiny warning: this event is not for passive listeners. Cameras on, brains on, sleeves rolled up.
Stop 2: Follow the Money, Find the Red Flags
Finding the red flags, and sorting them out before real damage is done
The second workshop moves from understanding fraud to detecting it early. Participants will work with red flags as practical early-warning signals, not abstract checklists. The focus will be on how to notice patterns, ask better questions, follow money flows and identify when something does not make commercial or technical sense.
The session will also introduce techniques for getting people to share useful information without turning the process into an interrogation.
Participants will explore:
- which red flags matter most in infrastructure projects;
- how to distinguish noise from meaningful warning signs;
- how to ask questions that reveal facts without escalating conflict too early.
Take-away: Red-flag sorting and escalation matrix.

Gain knowledge
Information, statistics, experience, research, these are all fundamental elements for a broad and objective understanding of the effective management of the construction process, the problems inherent in the sector and possible solutions.
Share your experience
Knowledge is built through interaction with others, which is the basis of our experience. Our experts provide valuable content on industry processes, but by sharing experiences, opinions and discussions with qualified construction experts from around the world, you not only gain a broader understanding, but also valuable contacts to develop your business.
Apply the knowledge gained
It is not enough to identify the problems or to propose theoretical solutions. To be valuable, the knowledge and experience gained must be put to good use in designing quality projects, making efficient use of available resources and contributing to positive change in the industry.
